- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor We booked this boat with a chartered skipper. There was miscommunication from the start, as the local company in Greece did not receive the details of the crew. Also, despite having filled in the form about our wishes re the skipper and the sailing itinerary, we were allocated a skipper prior to the company receiving the form and, clearly, our wishes were not taken into account. The boat lacked solar panels and bluetooth (bluetooth/usb was advertised in the initial listing). The auto pilot did not work and the fixing ladder was loose. Unfortunately, the skipper also did not seem very capable. Regularly, skippers from surrounding boats told him how to anchor or attach the boat in the marina, as he was about to hit their boats. (Please, feel free to reach out for a longer list of example situations where the skipper did not seem to be very experienced.) Also sentences like "we need to go to a marina, because the boat needs a rest" considerably lowered our trust in that he knew what he was doing. In addition, he got another skipper who was not on our boat involved, as well as the owner of the boat. The other skipper started to send threatening text messages to me and then called and was shouting at me on the phone in a way that I could not even understand what he was actually saying. The whole experience was rather frightening and unprofessional, and considerably lowered our ability to enjoy the holidays.
