- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.

Poor Nice boat, deck equipment though very basic equipped considering its size, would have expected a bit more of this. The fault sensitivity for a rental boat is limited by this, though. There are some things that could be looked at, like a faltering bow thruster, no shore power connection, which was probably caused by a break in the connecting cable. Here and there an interior light which has a life of its own and goes on and off every so often. Otherwise a fine boat for sailing.
