- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent Booking was excellent and the ship, sy Bravo, from SeaStar Sailing was fine. That a window in the bimini was missing was inconvenient.

Poor About Tubber's mediation: After the rental of the Oasis, Beneteau 43, which went smoothly, the start of the 2nd rental (late July-mid-August) was a cold shower. The arrival time of the plane had not been communicated with the lessor, so we arrived at Laurion port at ten o'clock in the evening without shelter. Contact with Tubber yielded nothing. After much calling and searching, we were able to berth somewhere around 1am (150 euros) The next morning 10am checked in at SeaStarSailing. After paying another 150 euros, we could finally board. Truly a good start to the holiday. As for the boat: the sailing qualities are a lot less than those of the Beneteau: less good sailing characteristics, ergonomics (there is nowhere to sit properly in the cockpit) and equipment (try to put the cups somewhere in the cockpit without them falling over) The pump toilets worked badly and one had a lot of leakage. The SeaStar people were always friendly and helpful. I would advise Tubber to pay better attention to the arrival times of the renters at the port and the time of signing up with the local rental company and to mention that in the boarding pass as well. A small effort and it can save the unwitting landlord a lot of trouble!
