- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not taken possession of the premises.
- Tubber fees are non-refundable.

Poor We ended up having a good time . But: The boat we rented was from March 17 and not from 2018 as described by Tubber. The engine made an extremely high and annoying noise ( the blower vlgs Ionian Sail), they could not fix that. We were not allowed to cruise too fast ( max 2000 rpm and we had to refuel after 1 week because the diesel meter is broken). A boat from the 2nd week that sailed in our flotilla was in very bad condition (water in the boat and engine because bilge pump broken, anchor winch broken, play at the keel bolts). This boat ( Marianna) was also rented by Tubber and you did not offer sufficient support and solution during the trip! Really a disgrace for your club.
