Ocean Comfort
- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good The sailing trip was tremendously beautiful and Suncharter on Mallorca seems to have had a good upgrade in terms of management and fleet, really very friendly and professional. 'The only thing in which I felt Tubber fell slightly short was the contact between Tubber and the base manager there. It was impossible to book a port on the Majorcan coast online in advance (desired due to crowds in the summer), as we were missing very specific documents each time. We did eventually get them sent to us via the base-manager assistant, after contacting them ourselves. Not used to Tubber that they don't follow through at such a time when it is so specifically requested by us. That should be the very joke of the Tubber service. Through Tubber, we did eventually manage to book Cabrera, but you should know that if you miss that booking, you won't be allowed to make a new booking a day later, as you won't be allowed there for a week. Useful info.
