  • Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
  • This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
  • Tubber service charges are not refundable.
  • To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent Damatia Charter is a paragon in the industry. The boats are in great condition, clean and fresh and everything works tip top. The staff are super nice and incredibly helpful. You feel incredibly welcome and can always reach them on the phone if you have questions or concerns. It feels both safe and nice. We have been here for the second year now and will definitely be back next year.

Excellent Fantastic support during the weeks! Got quick and accurate information in case of handling problems. The fast support, ie that they answered immediately when we called gave a good sense of security. The fact that the man we talked to had a sense of humour and offered us happy laughter gave further added value :)

Excellent Our time on board Dorko was amazing and our experience with Dalmatia Charter was excellent! Their professionalism and assistance in getting in and out of the marina and all of their help throughout has been fantastic (a special thanks also to Ivana and Oz from Sail Charter In Croatia for putting us in touch with Dalmatia Charter)! Excellent Suggetions - Modern life jackets for all crew. Safety line clip on points in cockpit. Jackstays could be fitted. In UK we are used to having a life raft. We accept we are not sailing in the UK and the comments above are more observations and not negative comments. We never needed any of the equipment we mentioned above, we highlight it as a 'comfort blanket' overall we have had a fantastic trip and have just had a chat about retuning next year. The only area we have not marked five stars was the chart/guide book area, we felt the guide books could be a little more current/up to date.Vanja is ace!

Excellent Great boat, despite its age. We have seen many newer boats in much worse condition. The sailing characteristics were very good. Extremely good safety equipment with a stronger chain and much larger anchor. Everything you need on board, from the solar panel to the kettle to the toaster. Great service and friendly staff. We travelled with it for 14 days. We'd be happy to return at any time.
