- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good Emerald is a sound boat, well equipped and handles well. The charter hosts were really helpful and friendly. There was a locker door which came off its hinges during the trip but they turned up at one of our stops and fixed it so you can't get better service than that. They also brought clean towels for our second week. We would recommend this boat to anyone.
