Easy Shore
- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good Good flotilla guidance and lovely holiday. However, boat from Dream Yachts was not commensurate with the high price we paid. Old, broken cushions, petrol smell in the sleeping quarters, quite a lot of unrepaired damage on the outside, unfresh smelling linen. I got no response when I asked for new pillows. Dealing with the security deposit was also unpleasant and unfortunate that there was no small financial compensation for the above points. Should there be another Tubber trip, we want better value for money in terms of boat and a reliable charter company. There are other charter companies that do provide nice, often brand new, boats, we saw locally in Lefkas,
