- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good The boat was super clean and spacious. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (13 and 16) and had a wonderful holiday! And only downside of this boat is that there is no usb connection for your phone. But if you know in advance then you can bring a 12-volt adapter to charge your phones. Also keep in mind that there are no cushions for the benches outside. WIe bought them at Sali port!
