- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent We had a wonderful experience with this boat! It’s a perfect choice for a family or group of 4, and still very comfortable with up to 6 people. The boat was spotless, fully equipped, and delivered with all the bells and whistles. The active air conditioning at the marina was a real plus—especially as we arrived during a 36°C heatwave. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, thanks to Romano, the owner and base manager. Maneuvering in and out of the marina can be tricky, but Romano personally stepped aboard to assist on both occasions, which we truly appreciated. On the water, the Bavaria C37 proved to be both enjoyable and seaworthy. The furling Genoa and mainsail were easy to handle, and the autopilot worked flawlessly. We would definitely recommend this boat and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again when returning to Zadar. Absolutely 5 stars! A special thanks also to Marija, who provided us with very helpful information before check-in. I definitely recommend the boat and will reserve it again if coming back to Zadar. 5star!
