- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor Fine boat, reliable, a few technical issues though, but not worth going back to port for.... Furthermore, I recommend Tubber to be a bit clearer about where to report, to which charter company, where it is in the port? That will save a lot of walking back and forth with all your bags.
