- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.

Poor The sailing area is delightful and Samira and Pieter were amazing flotilla leaders, however this catamaran had some issues. No spare gas bottle was supplied and we ran out after three days and were told to buy a new one. The sail had no lazy jacks to fall into and involved two crew members manhandling it into the sail bag each time it was used. The boat handled badly from the outset and did not autohelm without an offset rudder of 8 to 12 degs. On our return we were asked to pay €366 after a diver assessed the problem and blamed it on us. The boat never grounded during our two week hire, so how we can be held responsible is a mystery. It was us who reported the fault on our return and we all felt it was a calibration issue. The 40 has cramped cabins and heads space with very little storage space. Gelso while only 5 years old has been hammered and felt well worn and tired. We will look for a bigger cat and a younger boat next time and avoid Spartivento who own it.
