Poor communication during check in and check out was poor. we kept being given timescales that were missed, there were problems with the yacht from the previous charter, but no one updated. we were 2 hours late getting on board. on return, no problems but 10 minutes was actually 45 before we got someone to check the yacht

Very Good The ropes of the sails were kinda hard to use. which made it not that easy to use the sails in a smooth and easy way. the staff was very nice but the waiting time during the check in was to long.
