- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good Sailing in Croatia is fabulous. Wonderful islands and coves for mooring and anchoring. This boat needed some basic and essential maintenance.Neither the holding tank, water sensor or Gas level sensors worked leaving us at best guessing how full or how empty each tank was, especially so after having to motor for several days due to light winds. The linen package that we ordered included 6 towels ( more of a hand towel than a bath towel) and for the cost we could have simply bought sheets, towels etc locally for half of the price. Overall a wonderful trip and we will return again to see all that we didn’t get to see this time.
