- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.

Poor Upon arrival, no one was present and despite agreement to leave immediately (17:30hrs), we did not leave the port until around 21:00. (Arranged e.g. with Pitter myself). Crew arrived only around 19:30. Skipper knew nothing about the boat and had to be instructed by Pitter first. That alone took over 1 hour. Problems with Skipper and hostess. During entire first week (of 2) (they made serious shouting arguments in front of guests. The atmosphere through there was terrible and very unprofessional) 2 x steering ginig broken. Broken lock bolt of rudder both left and (later) right. Boat was rudderless but managed to use engines to tie the boat to a buoy. Took dinghy to shore and bought bolts in hardware store. Repaired the thing myself with skipper. Spent hours and half a day unable to sail. The compass deviated 15-20 degrees. Freezer broke down so that all food (meat and fish) had to be thrown away. At night, the power regularly failed. Boat was otherwise pleasant to sail except for the annoying teething problems. Tubber's support was encouraging and targeted as far as possible. Am curious to see Tubber's response.
