Poor The melitti is an older boat: - electrical system sometimes falters, owner cannot fix it. - the fridge starboard side is broken, cools continuously, causing beer cans to explode. And batteries ran out quickly. - Strange that both Tubber and local have to be paid. No clear responsibility this way. - Sail characteristics very poor. Jib is too small. The grey jib in the picture is not on it!!! - Diesel guzzler; including generator. We did not motor much and did not run a lot of generator, but we were able to refill 250 euros of diesel. We did not use the airco. It was still going at 32 degrees. - We had booked early check in, but only on Saturday afternoon did they come and tell us that something needed to be repaired. Only able to leave at 20:30 with almost dark. Another day less sailing, as you have to be back in Lefkas by Friday. - they had to seal the rudder. they only did one. So the tenants after us probably also had to wait to do the other rudder. - the supermarket in the port is extremely expensive. Even more expensive than AH in NL. Better to shop in town and have it delivered by taxi. - conclusion: a lot of money for mediocre sailing. But Ionian Sea remains top notch.
