Dufour 390 GL with 3 Cabins - Sailing Yacht (2021) - Mercury

Poor Croatia is beautiful but pricey compared to, say, Greece, only harbour fees are regularly 100 euros per day or higher 39f. Group of people was very mixed but super nice and cosy. We took flotilla care for granted, but unfortunately we missed it. From booking your own ports to anchoring in the bay, we were left to our own devices a lot and there was a lack of clarity about the route from time to time. Furthermore, the leadership was not a connecting factor which was really a missed opportunity otherwise it would have been a lot more fun. For us, all in all, this would be a reason to go out with another organisation.

Very Good We had a very nice week on the Mercury with Angelina tours as charter and the flotilla lead through Tubber. The ship itself was fine, sailed very pleasantly and nicely spacious and comfortable. The finishing here and there was a bit less, tables broke off which had happened 5 times already. Also, the boat was leaking in several places it turned out during a downpour! Front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful from Angelina tours. Technical staff, on the other hand, were conversely and adequate. We found it a disadvantage that the flotilla left from two different ports that are far apart and there was only the second evening when the whole group met. Leadership was super friendly and adequate. Still, we didn't feel very much like we were sailing in a flotilla. A lot of uncertainty about whether there would be spots in port which sometimes wasn't. The two main reasons for us to sail flotilla is the conviviality of a group and the certainty of a place, which is why I cannot give a maximum score. Again I would like to stress that the leadership clearly made a lot of efforts to make this all run as smoothly as possible anyway and what I very much appreciated also had a great sense of responsibility but these circumstances were also beyond their control, that is a piece of greater organisation and logistics where improvement can be made. Croatia we definitely find a nice sailing destination, after seven years of lefkas and corfu it was definitely nice to see once, lots of nature, bays and islets, choice options a bit bigger. Atmosphere of ports, friendliness and certainly the level of mooring fees would probably bring us back to Greece next time anyway.
