- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good As always, the booking process with Tubber was smooth and hassle-free. The charter company’s service on site was highly professional and pleasant, with the necessary flexibility, both at check-in and check-out. The boat was as expected (given its age); everything was in order and reasonably well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant and fast sailing boat.
