- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent Having raced all over the world for 30 years my expectations are high and requirements precise. This is the first time I have used Tubber and would highly recommend. Communication was good, the boat and area were excellent as were the charter partners who supplied and prepped the boat in Lefkada. Well done everyone.

Excellent A complete boat in good condition. The charter is friendly and helpful. It is a very nice sailing area, only we were unlucky that the weather was severely disappointing (rain, thunderstorms, cold)
