Easy Shore
- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor Boat was not in order on departure. We were not informed of this and sent out to sea. Electronics and electrics failed so toilets didn't work, no shower water and tap water were available and no GPS and sound system. After complaints, a mechanic came to a port we did not want to call at and fixed things provisionally. After a couple of days, however, it hit us again and we had to put in another unscheduled port to give the mechanic a chance to fix the problem. That was again very provisionally fixed, but the boat held up reasonably well. The shore power connections also did not work, so the generator had to run many utes at night all the time with a lot of diesel consumption and a lot of noise in the cabins. All in all, we had 1.5 days of nit to sail and paid €500 extra harbour fees. Fortunately, Tubber did respond well and offered help with solutions.
