- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor Basically, the ship was okay, but towards the end of the charter season, one or two things urgently need to be repaired. The anchor controller has a loose connection, mooring ropes need to be replaced, the refrigerator door is defective, the holding tank and the pipework need to be refurbished, several buttons on the locker doors were missing and the on-board electronics are not working properly (shore power didn't work)! The sails were good, both the jib and the main!
