- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent Under the Heavens was an outstanding local agent. Lightning-fast check-in, boat sailed technically, electronically and complex systems in top condition and sailed fine even downwind. We had a wonderful trip, and due to watermaker and generator anchored only in bays and only motored for 18 hours (windless at times). Checkout just as quick and friendly. For Tubber, though, some points of attention. The earlier checkout of the one-way was insufficiently communicated and the destination (we asked Split and got Primosten) not mentioned on the voucher. Furthermore, the change in the crew list had not been communicated. But I am sure that can be improved. In the end, the early checkout was convenient (because not waiting hours for refuelling) and the night in Split instead of Marina Kremik was a lot nicer.
