- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor Petra is an excellent sailing boat, but its "low-option" outfitting presented some problems. For example, port-side steering had the only apparent wing indicator, and starboard-side steering had the only view of the chart plotter. More annoying, was that with no generator or inverter (and BTW, an inverter needed to power a CPAP device was promised by Tubber but NOT delivered), there were only two USB ports to charge the 8-10 devices on board and one of the ports was needed to power the internet hotspot.
