- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.

Poor The boat had a lot of faults, the jib was broken, taken off, promised all week, not so. Captain with no sailing knowledge, did not want to sail, air-conditioning broken so we could not leave, dirty bedding, according to the captain, toilet paper was not allowed in the toilet, causing blockage, my husband solved that, contact person did not answer the phone, no idea where to go. Air conditioning in other cabin was repaired where summer uninvited these guests put their stuff in our cabin, all our expensive stuff was on the floor. Even the staff refused to go on this ship again.
