- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor We joined the flotilla North from 29-7 to 05-08. Beautiful weather and good winds made sailing very enjoyable. Point of improvement is the flotilla guidance. We deliberately choose a flotilla because we do not want the hassle of looking for a port in a week, which is difficult in high season, and because we like to use local knowledge in terms of beautiful anchor bays etc. Our flotilla guide had no local knowledge, and often failed to book a port. In terms of the boat, it was fine in itself, only the fridge barely worked, which is inconvenient with 30 degrees.
