- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.

Very Good We had a fantastic week in Croatia. A trip never to forget. We can also recommend Sunlife Charter, correct and friendly people who were flexible with our booking of 10 days instead of one week. We unfortunately had a broken sea rail due to a neighbour during a stormy night. This was handled understandingly and appropriately. However, it appears that a 6-year-old charter boat can have quite a few faults. -There was hardly any pressure on the water system, which made showering and washing up very difficult. -various hatches leaked during rain, several times we had a wet bed. -a reefing line had not been laid to the cockpit, we did it ourselves. -Winch handles were worn out -the black water tank stank enormously when flushing the toilets. -the log was stuck, we also loosened it ourselves by diving. -etc,... actually all quite small things that were/can be solved quickly. but a pity that you have to deal with that on holiday. i would recommend this boat after it has received a little bit of love. Despite the minor flaws, we had a fantastic week.
