Ocean Comfort
- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good Had a great holiday on the Artina, only the service from the local hire company could have been better. The mainsail was not furled correctly by the previous tenants so we had some problems with that. They pretended this was our fault so we had to pay to have it fixed in another bay (where we were moored at the time), in Split it could have been done for free. In the end, a very friendly skipper from another boat helped us and we did manage to have a lovely sail.

Excellent We spent a week sailing from Split with our three children aged 9, 9 and 11. It really was paradise! Spent the whole week in beautiful bays. Sailing, swimming, snorkelling, rowing, wonderful freedom. The boat was top notch, all the trimmings. Tubber and Aba Vela's service at the port was also excellent. Unfortunately, we had a line in the propeller. It did not seem serious, we could get it out ourselves with not too much trouble. But inspection showed the propeller was damaged and had to be replaced. That was an unpleasant €550 surprise.
