- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent Absolutely fabulous! What a wonderful holiday for Julie and I and for our two sons aged 19 and 21! We had such a great time. Everything was perfect. The yacht was outstanding. We all loved the AC and the electric flush heads! Simply wonderful. My son and I were newly qualified day skippers, and this was our first outing, so the flotilla options worked super-well. Reassuring to have the highly qualified and super helpful team of Liv, Ella and Claudia to advise us, and just give us the confidence that we were doing things safely and correctly. Within no time we had so much more confidence, and the 'free day' sail made us think next time we could happily do a bareboat charter perhaps. Thank you for a wonderful holiday that we will cherish and hold dear in our memories..
