Ocean Comfort
- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent This year, for the fifth time, we went on a sailing holiday via Tubber. Now for the first time not in a flotilla, but bareboat. On our way to Split, Tubber informed us that the boat we had booked was unfortunately not available to us due to a malfunction. Tubber quickly solved this problem for us. Within a day, another boat had been arranged. This boat was even bigger and newer (year 2024!) and had air conditioning. A beautiful boat with which we had two weeks of fantastic sailing in the Split region. We visited beautiful harbours and bays, including Korcula, Vis, Stari Grad, Bol, Vela Luka, Supetar, Mljet and Lastovo. Had fine winds most of the time and when it was a little less we had dolphins by the boat. Tubber's quick handling was very nice.
