- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.

Poor Lovely week in Greece, Sunsail is very helpful. Too bad the boat was hugely overgrown, as an avid sailor that feels like driving with the handbrake still on. Mattresses of a 2017 boat (the internet says 2020?) were also not optimal.... otherwise fine boat with all the conveniences you need
