- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.

Terrible The boat rental organisation in Salerno is fine. You are well received and they help well if there is anything. Only the sailing trip was bad. The ports and moorings at buoys are very expensive. In the port of Capri, we had to pay €225 harbour fees for 1 night. To moor at a buoy in Positano, we had to pay €120. The harbour clerks escorted us to the buoy. But while mooring, they managed to get a rope into the propeller. We could go and get those out ourselves. Furthermore, there are few friendly bays on the Salerno coast because the rocks slope quite steeply into the water. In the bays where you can anchor, they have placed yellow buoys to prevent you from anchoring without paying. In short, the boat and the hire company were good but sailing on the Almafi coast is highly inadvisable. There are nicer sailing areas in Italy. Unfortunately, we could not go on a long sailing trip because the last 2 days a lot of wind was predicted and the rental company wanted us back in port. This obviously influenced our opinion negatively while nobody can do anything about it. In any case, we will not sail at the Almafi coast again.
