  • This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
  • Tubber service charges are not refundable.
  • To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent some small technical issues were not in order but could be fixed without problems a technically necessary service list was handed over what was not ok was that the gps garmin plotter was not calibrated and therefore did not match the heading reality by about 4 degrees
