Poor The boat was quite old and there were a lot of things that did not work or did not work properly. We were not given a clear explanation on arrival about how things worked on the boat (at 10 min, some things were explained very briefly). This caused a misunderstanding about the toilet. This, according to navigo, turned out to be blocked on our return while we performed everything as we were told. After discussion with navigo, we had to pay 200 euros extra. We had also hired 2 sups. 1 of them appeared to lose air already at take-off so we could not use it. After 1 day we informed base manager. On our return navigo did not want to refund the sup. Not correct! We were satisfied with tubber itself, except for 1 point. After discussion by phone, it turned out to be possible to check in earlier. However, at no time was I informed (not by phone, not afterwards by e-mail) that this would involve an additional cost of 170 euros. They could have mentioned this !
