Ocean Comfort
- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor Info provision was poor. For instance, we had to hand in boat earlier than known. And were not with our group. Reservations at harbours appear to expire early in the afternoon, which should be precisely Tubber's service. Sun, water and wind were lovely.
