  • Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
  • This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
  • Tubber service charges are not refundable.
  • To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent Unfortunately we did not receive the booked and confirmed gennacker. Despite repeated enquiries to the technician and the office, we lost 4 sailing days as a result. a real shame given the otherwise very good service. many thanks
