- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent Had very good week in cosy Lemmer. The boat is in good condition. The people on site are very friendly.

Excellent We enjoyed a lot for a long weekend which we sailed with Playmate , really good boat with very nice and friendly owner (Stefan). Boats had everything required , good handeling we sailed at 4 to 5 BF with full sails and stability of the boat was very good.

Excellent We had a nice trip with the Playmate, but the weather conditions were a bit disappointing, but of course Tubber can't do anything about that. I am now still waiting for the release of the boat deposit, which I paid by credit card, but that will be sorted out soon, I suppose.
