- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.

Poor On arrival we were kindly received, followed by the explanation of the boat, there were some small things broken (such as door lock and this was noted only after some insistence and also repaired where necessary) Really disturbing was that some problems had been reported with the anchor winch, but was told this was fixed by fitting a new fuse, so this was clearly not the case. Anchoring therefore became a drama, because at any resistance the anchor winch stopped. Eventually, with much fuss, we managed this but each time anchoring gave a LOT of stress. Also, the hull clearly needed cleaning, there was a lot of fouling and therefore the boat's performance was rubbish. On our return, a problem was suddenly suggested, which was to have a technical inspection, leaving open whether this was damage or not. As I was sure we had not suffered any damage, I did not agree to this and demanded that an inspection take place immediately in my presence. Because other guests also experienced this, it LOOKED like bailing out!
