Ocean Comfort

  • Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
  • This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
  • Tubber service charges are not refundable.
  • To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good Tubber were excellent to deal with, I was very impressed with the communication. The yacht was excellent and as advertised. A point to amend in the description may be to include 'No bluetooth connection' to sound system. There was only Aux in and radio. Additionally there was an issue with the leisure battery that the fridge and anchor light would drain it which would incur a damaged battery cost of 700 Euros. Note when anchoring you will have to anchor without a light which isn't ideal for the more 'by the book' sailors like myself. A note on the sub company that was used in ACI Marina Trojir - Dalmacia Charter. They are very busy on handover day but please take the time to go through the itemised inventory list very carefully. Our handover was extremely rushed so not everything was checked leading to us having to pay for a 'lost fender' that was 100% not there in the first place. Also the fuelling process at the end is done for you by the boat manager and it is a very unpleasant experience which put all my crew on edge as the boat was driven aggressively through queues of boats waiting all shouting at us. My almost all female crew were intimidated and embarrassed which was a shame at the end of an amazing week of sailing.

Excellent Despite the boat's age (2011), it is very well maintained and, above all, very clean. The agent on site is professional and very pleasant to work with. I did find it a pity that we had to be back in the home port by 01-10, while according to the contract we had rented the boat until 02-10 morning. With a minor adjustment to our schedule, we were still able to make the full trip.

Excellent tank is missingautopilot noisy and doesnt allways work. changes directionancor in front did not work. was repaired quickly but we missed night for ancor and had to pay 285 kuna for boye instead. best service for diesel and parking last day when we arrived in Trogir.

Excellent We liked it very much :) We highly recommend it! Customers should bear in mind that the sleeping cabins of a Bavaria 32 are a bit cramped for 4 people. If there is a risk of bad weather, I would choose a larger size next time.

Excellent Overall very positive charter experience. Great service. Permanent monitoring via w-lan. We received a call from the base if the service battery voltage was too low. The refuelling service was also very pleasant, eliminating the usual crowds at the petrol pump. Trogir is a great charter base!

Very Good The engine has leaked 10 litres of water into the engine sump from the water pump in 2 engine hours! The oil seal of the water pump is defective. Cooling box could not be regulated, always full power, solar panel is great and therefore no power problem.
