- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent Super holiday had on this boat !!! 7 days sailed the Greek waters . However had problems with the anchor winch but because we had booked through Tubber we did not have to pay any extra costs. Tubber solved the conflict super with the rental company and therefore I would like to say if you want to do this do not rent it yourself but through this organisation. Otherwise we would have had extra costs we couldn't do anything about . Well done Tubber! And thanks for the nice holiday . Will definitely rent a beautiful yacht through you again.
