Ocean Comfort
- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good Both the boat itself, Tubber and the charter company deserve more than five stars because everything was perfectly fine both beforehand, during and with the settlement. For the whole of our holiday, we have to take half a star off because of total windlessness all week except for three hours with 12 knots of wind; that's unfortunate but can just be part of it. Another half star falls off because we were knocked off anchor by a severe storm on the last night and ended up on the rocks. Because we fortunately also had an extra line to a bollard, only material damage remained and we got off with quite a scare. We were very well helped by the people at First Class Sailing and the Seahawk will be repaired and back in service next season.
