- Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- To officially cancel a reservation, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for the cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Poor We had an enjoyable week with this boat. In itself a lovely and practical boat, but its rental has already left many marks and apparently no attention has been paid to the smaller defects: In very many places, the veneer of the furniture panels is starting to come off. In one of the cabins it stank of diesel, the lights there did not work most of the time, a lot of curtains can no longer be closed because of broken hooks or are missing altogether, the front window on the starboard side appeared to leak when it rained, in the cockpit metal parts are held together in a number of places with ill-fitting bolts, the speakers in the cockpit do not work or work very badly, there is not even a spoon to stir in the (many) pans and there is also no ordinary chopping board, which is an essential item if you want to cook on board. The boat was not clean when we took delivery of it. However, we were happy with new mattresses and pillows and clean bedding. Of course, the beautiful weather, beautiful surroundings and fine sailing dominate the memories of this nice holiday.
