Ocean Comfort
- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 45% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent We booked a sailing holiday through Tubber with our family (parents and a 15-year-old daughter) and can look back on a wonderful week. Right from the start, Tubber prepared us excellently with clear information and handy tips, allowing us to set off on our trip feeling relaxed. During the flotilla, we were accompanied by Wouter and Judy, and they really made all the difference. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and, above all, great fun to be around, especially with the children. This created a lovely, relaxed atmosphere throughout the week. In short: we thoroughly enjoyed the flotilla with Tubber and would definitely do it again. Highly recommended for families who want to enjoy a sailing holiday in a relaxed and well-organised way!
