- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Excellent We had two wonderful weeks in the Northern Sporades. Not so much wind. Wonderfully sunny. The taxi there and back was excellently arranged. On the outward journey, the plane was delayed. The taxi company took care of all this nicely. The taxi was also nicely on time for the return journey. Christina also took excellent care of the groceries. She had already put all the groceries in the cupboards and fridge for us. The boat: Nikos and Christina welcomed us nicely on Saturday evening (due to the delay, we only arrived by 9pm). The next morning, Nikos told the skipper and co-skipper where to find everything. Nikos is very involved. The ship is fully equipped in terms of sailing. The kitchen is also fully equipped. Nothing was missing. The ship, cabins and sanitary facilities were clean. Everything worked well. When we returned, on 7 June, Nikos was on the quay to tackle the lines. Prior to our trip, we received satisfactory answers from your organisation to all the questions we had and everything (boat rental, insurance, taxi and shopping arrangements) went according to plan. Thank you for that.
