- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.
- To officially cancel a booking, please send an email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days.

Very Good The people from the hire company were super, very helpful, friendly etc. But the boat did have some faults, fridge didn't work, did get fixed, batteries were old, so fridge couldn't be left on overnight, despite leaving engine running late at night, cupboards closed badly so when windy, pans flew out of cupboard, 1 winch was broken, ecc. Boat sailed fine by the way.
