- Tubber offers the option to cancel your booking without charge within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
- This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.
- Tubber service charges are not refundable.

Very Good Had a wonderful week of sailing. Boat was fine for its age although some faults. At check in and check out they were very unfriendly, really a massage happening there. They left us to our own devices to go through the boat with a list and if something was wrong, you had to detect it yourself. this was different on return 180 degrees, where they went through the boat with magnifying glasses. our friends had not seen a crack in a hatch at check in but were punished for it on their return and 380 euros were deducted from the deposit for damage that was already there and seems to be an earning model for them. Very sad end to an otherwise lovely holiday and unfortunately that is the last impression left.
