  • Tubber offers the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge within seven days of booking, with the exception of reservations made less than 10 weeks before the start date.
  • This policy gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be retained, excluding fees.
  • Cleaning fees are always refundable if you have not checked in.
  • Service fees are non-refundable.

Terrible The boat was very good, but unfortunately there was an electrical problem, the alternator was not charging. The 24/7 service man in charge was angry, reproachful and forced me to go to the nearest marina. I then did the same to settle the dispute. I then charged the batteries for 24 hours and, with the agreement of the service team, sailed back to an anchor. Shortly after leaving, I sent the unfriendly technician the same problem via WhatsApp with a picture. The following day, a very nice technician came to solve the technical problem, the alternator was back on and my holiday could continue. On a positive note, our holiday suffered as a result of the service, costing us three days and 85 euros in harbour fees. That's not what we had in mind. What a pity! Eric Huber
