  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if you have not checked in.

Poor Our check-in did not go well, the staff came late twice, promised times were not keptknown defects (toilet valve) were not repaired although safety-relevant

Very Good It would have been nice to constantly have the same contact person through out the planning process of the vacation .The check in lady in the office was a little bit unfriendly. Whereas the check out process was very comfortable, since the whole staff was very helpful and nice (especially the person who was responsible for the checkout on the boat)
