We're seeking enthusiastic flotilla couples to join us in leading a remarkable journey through the stunning Croatian islands. About Us:
Tubber's flotillas have been cruising with great success during the months of July and August. With this success, we're thrilled to announce our expansion plans for the summer of 2024. We're on the lookout for dedicated flotilla couples who are willing to give their all to provide Tubber guests with the vacation of a lifetime.
Your Role:
As a Flotilla Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable adventures for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding weekly groups of yachts, often consisting of families with children.
- Providing morning briefings about routes and weather forecasts.
- Offering suggestions for scenic stops along the way and addressing guest inquiries.
- Assisting guests during departure and being accessible throughout the day.
- Welcoming Tubber guests at ports, aiding in mooring, and organizing evening dining experiences.
- Organizing logistics such as harbor reservations and restaurant bookings.
- Occasionally engaging with children through fun activities, fostering a sense of community.
- Operating from the mother ship, with or without paying guests, as directed.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
A successful Flotilla Leader embodies the following attributes:
- Extensive sailing experience and a strong nautical background.
- Exceptional customer focus, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
- Strong social skills and the ability to interact positively with both adults and children.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, bookings, and activities.
- A collaborative team spirit, complementing your partner's strengths.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English, facilitating effective communication.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and guest needs.
- A presentable demeanor that reflects Tubber's values.
- Genuine interest in the sailing area, enabling you to share insights with guests.
- Possession of Sailing Licenses (Vaarbewijs I and II, ICC) and Marine Radio Proficiency.
