Day 1

Dubrovnik
The sailing route begins in Dubrovnik, a city located on the Adriatic coast. This historic city is called the pearl of the Adriatic for a reason and is certainly worth discovering. Stroll along the 2 km long city wall that surrounds the city and visit the Dubrovnik Cathedral. While strolling through the old city centre of Dubrovnik you will encounter an infinite number of churches, squares, and imposing old buildings. The “Game of Thrones” series has used this beautiful city as a backdrop. For a nice bite to eat and a beautiful view of the sea, you can go to Konoba Veranda, with a menu full of Mediterranean and regional dishes.

Day 2

Dubrovnik - Suđurađ on Šipan
Šipan, the largest island of the Elafiti Archipelago, is the next destination. From Dubrovnik, you will sail through the Kolocepski Channel and during this sailing trip there is plenty of beautiful nature to enjoy. Meanwhile, there is also the possibility to have lunch on one of the islands. Eventually, you will moor at the Mediterranean village of Suđurađ, a small, quiet place surrounded by beautiful olive groves and vineyards. The watchtowers at the port of Suđurađ immediately catches your eye. This special Renaissance-style building was used in the 16th century to ward off pirates.

Day 3

Suđurađ, Šipan - Slano
After your first night in Suđurađ, continue to ACI Marina Slano (about 1 hr 15, 6 nautical miles). Nestled in a peaceful bay along the Dubrovnik Riviera, Slano is a charming coastal town known for its calm waters, waterfront promenade and traditional Dalmatian atmosphere. After mooring, there are several sights worth visiting: the most notable is the 15th-century Franciscan church of St. Hieronymus, together with the historic Rector's Palace from the era of the Dubrovnik Republic. Be sure to also see the summer residence of the Ohmučević family, once famous sailors and shipowners. Several restaurants let you enjoy both local and international cuisine in a friendly atmosphere.

Day 4

Slano - Okuklje, Mljet
Sail over the glassy, millpond surface of the Adriatic to the island of Mljet. You'll pass through a small gulf between the tree-topped islets of Otok Olipa and Otok Jakljan before entering the sheltered bay of Okuklje. Swim and snorkel in the shallow waters of the bay before spending an evening in a quiet konoba (restaurant) with your new flotilla friends.
Aerial view of Lumbarda with a lot of houses on the coast to the sea.

Day 5

Free sailing day
By now you'll be confident enough to explore the Dalmatian Coast on your own. Your free sailing day gives you the chance to indulge your curiosity and set your own schedule, heading out to new destinations independently or in small groups with your new friends. Go further afield into the Adriatic — if you don't have a set destination in mind, your lead crew will be on hand with recommendations and the latest weather updates to help you make the most of your time.
Sailing boats in the harbour of Šipanska Luka on Šipan

Day 6

Šipanska Luka, Šipan
Šipanska Luka is the second settlement on the island of Šipan. In the past this was a favourite place of the nobles from Dubrovnik, thanks to its beautiful landscape, fertile lands, wind-sheltered setting and closeness to Dubrovnik. Today, Šipanska Luka still enchants visitors with its charming scenery, rich history and peaceful atmosphere — a lovely destination for those seeking a mix of natural beauty and cultural heritage.

Day 7

Šipanska Luka, Šipan - Dubrovnik
From Šipan, the journey back to our base at Komolac is a short one (about 3 hrs, 15 nautical miles), leaving you plenty of time to explore the Dalmatian Coast further before heading home. Stop off for lunch at one of the beautiful Elafiti Islands, such as Koločep with its sand-and-pebble beaches and ancient pine forests. Alternatively, visit Dubrovnik and lose yourself in the irresistible old town. Whatever you decide — sunbathing, snorkelling, swimming or exploring — make the most of the last day of your Elafiti flotilla adventure.
