The English Flotilla Guidance

Of course, a super successful sailing holiday depends on the weather, the sun, the sea and a professional flotilla guide. In addition to conviviality, safety is of course very important during your sailing holiday. During the flotilla sailing in Italy, English-speaking guidance is available to show you the most beautiful places on the Italian west coast. Every day you will receive an extensive briefing about the weather, the route and the nice places where you can have lunch or swim. There is no fixed flotilla guide during these weeks, so that can vary, but they are all looking forward to giving you a great experience in flotilla sailing in Italy.

Port and town of Procida

Town of Forio in Ischia

Day 2

Forio & Ischia
Head towards Ischia and stop on the west coast at the port of Forio. Here you will taste their typical and famous rabbit dish, a recipe passed down through generations. An alternative dish is of course also available. Relax and take in the spectacular views from this mountain-top artisanal restaurant and enjoy wine tasting at their traditional winery.
Sorrento harbour

Day 3

Sorrento
Overlooking the Bay of Naples, anchor in the beautiful coastal town of Sorrento. Enjoy gnocchi alla Sorrentina in the bustling streets of Piazza Tasso or enjoy panoramic views of Vesuvius from the Villa Comunale.
Coastal town of Amalfi

Day 4

Amalfi Coast
Explore the beautiful Amalfi Coast where you can taste traditional food and wine. Your cook on the lead boat will prepare a small dish for everyone to enjoy, paired with some local wine. You can't visit the Amalfi Coast without anchoring in the pink terracotta hillside town of Positano. After soaking in the wisteria-draped streets, head to Terrazza Cele for the best sunset views and try taglionlini with sea urchin.
View over Capri from mountain Solaro

Day 5

Capri
Continue from Ischia to Capri, where you're free to explore the island's picturesque blue caves and ancient Roman ruins. Take an old-fashioned chairlift to the top of Mount Solaro from Piazza Vittoria for stunning panoramic views as far as Naples and Mount Vesuvius. If you have time, return to the square by enjoying an hour-long stroll through pine forest and heather.
Wine tasting during the flotilla
